KOKUYO was founded in 1905 exclusively to make book covers for wacho （traditional Japanese accounting books）.
The company built its corporate foundation on developing ready-made stationery products,including wacho,
western-style accounting books,payment slips,and writing paper .
The company launched the sales of office furniture in the 1960s, and ever since,
